Both beginners and more advanced students practice together in the training group in Helsingborg. What they all have in common is the will to learn to calm down and to improve their health. Jutta Svensson has practiced for a couple of years and due to Qigong she got rid of pain in her back, she says. She is also calmer and finds it easier to relax. Birgitta Norlin, the leader of the group, explains that the training improves the circulation of Qi and blood. The training has given Birgitta a better control of her daily life. "It's easier to keep focus and to avoid being that much influenced by stress and emotions", she says.
